Founding Core Media & Architecting WATCH IT
The Challenge
The media landscape was rapidly shifting to Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms. The challenge was to build a company that could not only survive this transition but lead it. This meant creating an economically viable digital platform from scratch, capable of competing in the new world of SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) and streaming.
My Solution
As Co-Founder and CEO, I led both the corporate and technical vision for the company.
- Corporate Leadership: I made all key business decisions, managed company resources, and served as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors.
- Technical Architecture: I personally developed the original technical specifications for the **WATCH IT** platform (https://www.watchit.com), laying the groundwork for its entire infrastructure.
- Platform Development: I led the creation of the **CoreTV Digital Platform**, a full SVOD solution built for iOS, Android, Smart TVs, and PCs.
- New Production Models: I developed a new, highly economical approach to media production and operations, allowing us to create high-quality content at a low price.
The Result
I successfully founded and led a next-generation media company. The most significant result was the creation of the technical foundation for **WATCH IT**, which has become a major player in the regional streaming market. Additionally, the CoreTV platform was fully developed and ready for distribution, demonstrating a complete end-to-end capability in building and launching modern OTT services.
